1. Booking and Appointments

  • Form Submissions: When you submit a booking request through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (name, phone number, and service options).
  • Confirmation: Submitting a form does not guarantee an immediate slot. Our team will contact you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your appointment time.
  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled slot.

2. Service Terms & Disclaimers

  • Paint Inspections: Before starting any premium detailing, ceramic coating, or PPF application, our technicians will inspect your car's paint condition and note any existing scratches or dents.
  • Expected Results: Results vary by the vehicle's existing condition, maintenance, and selected service. Deep paint chips or major clear-coat damage may not be removable.
  • Ceramic Coating & PPF Maintenance: To maintain the warranty and longevity of ceramic coatings and PPF, customers must follow the post-treatment care guidelines provided by our technicians.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Estimates: Package prices listed on the website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle size, condition, and specific customer requirements.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, cards, and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Auto Aura is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during detailing. We advise all customers to remove valuables before handing over their vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, electronic system failures, or engine bay issues unless directly caused by negligent service execution.
